Wednesday, March 18

Evening Conferences (Arena-Style Drop-In + Scheduled)

4:30–5:30 PM — Drop-in conferences for families with last names A–K

5:30–6:30 PM — Drop-in conferences for families with last names L–Z

6:40–8:00 PM — Scheduled conferences (by appointment, see info below)
Thursday, March 19

Friday, March 20
SCHEDULED Conferences
Some conferences will be scheduled in advance, particularly for students who would benefit from more in-depth discussion. If your student’s teachers would like to meet with you, you will receive a scheduling invitation. Even if you have an appointment for a "scheduled" conference, families are still welcome to attend the arena-style drop-in conferences on March 18 (see evening schedule above) to connect with teachers informally.

Our goal is to ensure every student is supported academically, socially, and emotionally. We value your partnership and look forward to meaningful conversations about your student’s progress. More details and scheduling information will be shared soon.
Our character trait focus for March is "Grit" -- resilience, stick-with-it attitude, growth-mindset -- and Spring Conferences is the perfect time to reset students' focus on their own personal growth (academically and social-emotionally).
